GLETSCHER, composed by Haggai Cohen-Milo and choreographer Margaux Marielle-Tréhoüart, creating a site specific performance at the abandoned glass factory, Danner Hall on the Telux site in Weißwasser, Germany. Ghosts and heroes appear along with their myths, legends, half-truths, lies and impostures. The performance becomes a cartography of their imperfect history, hoped-for homes, left-behind dreams, and devoured landscapes. And at the same time, the actors attempt a new form of value creation: freedom from change becomes freedom to change, becoming a loud, excessive and colorful celebration of transformations.
